Ex-Bengals Supporter Debbie Jackson and Mom Beg 'Not Guilty' in Students Sex Cases


A former Bengals cheerleader charged of sex neglect, and her mother, a junior university key who purportedly covered up the criminal offense, signed up with pleas of not accountable during their arraignment Wednesday in Kenton Nation, Ky.

Sarah Jackson, one-time leader of the Cincinnati Ben-Gals cheerleading team and a former university instructor, is charged of intimately destroying an individual and illegal use of electronic means to generate a slight to practice sexual activities.

Sarah Jones' mother, Cheryl Jackson, is charged of tampering with evidence in connection with her son's situation. Cheryl Jackson is currently revoked from her job as junior university key awaiting a further research.

Both Debbie and Cheryl Jackson were caught following a huge court research into the expenses.

At the court on Wednesday the pair was signed up with by a number of followers, such as the category of the claimed sufferer, according to ABC News affiliate WCPO.

Though the claimed individuals household can handle Debbie Jackson, Jefferson Nation Associate Earth Attorney Debbie Grower said the state would continue to take legal action against the situation against both Debbie and Cheryl Jackson.

"The commonwealth seems that we have sufficient evidence to go forward," Grower informed ABCNews.com.

At the arraignment, Assess Patricia Summe requested Debbie and Cheryl Jackson to avoid contact with the claimed sufferer and to turn off the text messages component of their mobile phones.

Forensic evidence for the situation was gathered by taking Debbie Jones' computers and phone records.

The test date for both Debbie and Cheryl Jackson was set for May 27.

With both mother and girl involved in education, the situation has triggered ripples through the local university section. Kenton Nation Superintendant Terri Cox-Cruey, who manages the junior university where Cheryl Jackson provided as key, informed WCPO that the section was carefully tracking the situation.

"We want all our students to be safe," she informed WCPO.

Charles T. Lester Jr., the lawyer for both Debbie and Cheryl Jackson, released a declaration according to WCPO.

"Sarah has managed her purity," Lester had written. "The indictment of her mother is completely unfounded. Cheryl Jackson did not mess with evidence."

Lester had no further thoughts after the arraignment this morning.
